Location: Onsite, 5 days a week – Aurora, Colorado

Compensation: $34.62/hour + Sales Bonus

About the Role

Are you a customer-focused professional who loves solving problems and building lasting relationships?
Intermountain Controls & Nichols-Given, (ICNG), a division of Bray Sales, Inc., is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aurora, CO.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers—helping them identify the right products, providing technical support, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do


* Serve as a trusted partner to customers—understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.


* Prepare accurate quotes, process orders and returns, and manage shipment tracking to guarantee on-time delivery.


* Suggest alternative or complementary products to meet specifications, improve efficiency, and enhance value.


* Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.


* Educate customers on product features, applications, and technical benefits.


* Stay current on product lines and industry developments through ongoing training and resources.


* Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure seamless service.


* Manage priorities effectively and consistently meet personal and team goals.


* Represent Bray with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
