Sales Lead Engineer - Panel Builders

What will you do?

This position is accountable for providing ongoing support to high-value Partners.

Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.


* Manage a network of panel builders across the country


* Drive orders and sales growth on existing as well as new accounts


* Deploy commercial actions with panel builders to maximize returns for the business


* Ensure appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities for channel partners


* Ensure adherence to all company technical guidelines and commercial policy in the assembly of LV switchgear by the panel builders


* Identify and follow up on upcoming project opportunities in the market


* Work with the prescription team to ensure product specification on identified projects


* Collaborate effectively with other internal stakeholders for efficient business delivery
