The position is hybrid, two days weekly required in office.

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Business Analyst II Supports Trellis Information Technology (IT) and business units in identifying technical solutions for business needs by analyzing processes, defining requirements, and coordinating with development teams, testers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and system integration.

This role involves creating diagrams, developing test cases, managing system changes, and providing user training.

Evaluate existing workflows and identify areas for improvement and automation.

Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures for business applications and tools.

Maintain reporting and data processing capabilities in compliance with standards established by the Department of Education, third-party federal regulations, customer contract requirements and Trellis policies.
