Responsibilities

The Site Manager is responsible for effectively planning, directing and coordinating all activities for the compound operations at assigned plant.

These activities include safety, environmental, quality, production and cost.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, with preference for engineering, EH&S or manufacturing operations concentration.

10 + years' manufacturing industry experience including responsibility for both manufacturing operations and safety procedures required.

10 + years' cross-functional experience to include problem solving techniques, cost and data management.

7 + years' experience with lean six sigma, change management and budget management.

7 + years' leadership experience to include managing multiple direct reports.
