Workers Compensation Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb is hiring for a Workers Compensation Business Analyst! Ideally, this candidate will sit in our Philadelphia, PA office.

Main Responsibilities:


* Create and maintain business requirements and systems documentation, as well as; perform testing for development projects, system enhancements and fixes for the Workers Compensation Product Line.


* Provide technical advice, troubleshoot, counsel, and project management expertise in the development and utilization of the policy issuance system involving rating, policy issuance, statistical reporting, claims handling and receivables.


* Assist Product Line Management in maintenance of insurance forms, rules and rating plans so they are in compliance with regulatory requirements.


* Analyze industry communications to remain current in workers compensation product line issues.


* Keep current with rating and rating plans for Workers Compensation.


* Evaluate current operational and communication procedures/practices and revise as appropriate to improve overall efficiency.


* Perform work in a manner that is focused on exceeding customer's expectations.


* Create reports/scans used in analysis and research using MIS Business Tools, Excel, etc.
