As the Business Management, Vice President within our Technology Product & Design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies that promote team growth and transformation.

Job responsibilities
* Collaborate with technology, product, and design leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
* Oversee the creation and review of business cases, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
* Enhance financial planning and forecasting by providing timely and accurate data.
* Monitor headcount, infrastructure, and vendor and other non-labor expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Develop and maintain technology headcount forecasting models with regular updates.
* Lead reviews of headcount, financial, and location strategies, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
* Partner with HR and finance teams to gather inputs, validate data, and adjust models as needed.
* Design and produce comprehensive reporting tools and monthly reporting packets.
* Audit and improve reporting processes, identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.
* Lead and manage ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives, supporting execution and performance improvements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
* 8+ years of relevant experience in business management, financial planning, or strategic planning.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed forecasting and reporting models.
* Advanced analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
* Experience in financial management and cost optimization.
* Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate recommendations clearly.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including client management, communication, and conflict resolution.
