Maximus is currently hiring an Admin to join our Health Texas Eligibility Support Facilities team in Athens, Texas! This position is responsible for supporting our Health Texas project office by providing professional office maintenance and facilities services.

Please note, this is a full time, regular employment opportunity with an onsite working arrangement.

You will regularly report to our office location in Athens, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting, and light construction.
- Work with contractors on building and equipment repairs.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Conduct audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences.
- Manage waste and ensure proper recycling and shredding.
- Oversee landscaping activities, including the maintenance of sidewalks and parking areas, and the removal of trash and snow.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Job Requirements:

- Previous experience working with Maximus facilities preferred.

- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.

- Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.

- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.

- Must reside within Texas.

- Must live within 70 miles of site: Athens, TX

Additional Requirements for Internal employees:

- Must be meeting departmental metrics in adherence and quality.

- Must have less than 16 attendance points.

- Must not be on an active DA above a verbal warning.

- Must be in current position at least 6 months.
