We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! *3K Sign on Bonus!! ($1500 after 90 days and $1500 after 6 months)

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, prefer graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Occupational Therapy.

Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Nethealth and Point Click Care.

Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.

Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board.

Rate: $42-$48/hour
