Coordinate and perform the accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS's) as required by regulation and facility practices.

Successful candidates:

Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in CO

Able to work onsite in Lakewood, CO

Experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0 preferred

Rate: $100,000/year
