? What You'll Do:


* Provide direct supervision of assigned residents and ensure a safe, comfortable environment


* Sit in the resident's room with an unobstructed view to ensure safety


* Assist residents with activities of choice such as nail care, hair care, or aromatherapy


* Accompany residents to smoke breaks, therapy, or clinical tests/procedures


* Support CNAs with resident ADLs (activities of daily living) when requested


* Orient residents and families to the facility and help track personal belongings


* Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and care details


* Observe, report, and communicate with nurses and care staff as needed
