Job Description:

Responsible for managing a wide variety of packaging art development, focusing on the management, execution, and successful onboarding of packaging items through our PLM onboarding processes.

Includes project set up within project management systems, working cross-functionally to gather project requirements and contacts, and leading/overseeing projects to completion.

Responsible for clearly communicating requirements to internal and external graphic designers, printability partners, regulatory compliance partners, supply chain partners, packaging development partners, internal and external customers, and prepress and print vendors.

Responsible for knowing and communicating overall project status and timing via use of multiple systems.

Will demonstrate strong project management and system skills, excel in time management, have strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to other departments, demonstrate excellent people/interpersonal skills, and show strong attention to detail while positively representing the Product Information & Systems Management team throughout the company.

This role is 100% on-site (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

What you’ll do:

Packaging Artwork Project Management


* Collaboration:
+ Working cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand and meet customer (internal and external) expectations.
+ Coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product Strategies, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure alignment on packaging requirements.
+ Acting as a Process Owner for projects, change requests, and day-to-day responsibilities involving packaging artwork onboarding processes.
+ Building and maintaining strong, effective relationships with internal partners, external customers, and suppliers.


* Project Management:
+ Overseeing the execution of packaging artwork projects from initiation to completion.
