Technology Renewals Specialist

The Koch Supplier Strategies team is hiring a Technology Renewals Specialist who will be part of the team supporting our Koch companies in commercial strategy and contract negotiations in the technology category.
In this role, you will develop and lead execution of technology renewal strategies for the Koch portfolio of companies.
By maintaining an accurate pipeline of renewals, you will influence the Koch companies' renewal strategies ensuring they have the right amount of time and information to make optimized renewal decisions.
Our Team
Our team serves the family of Koch companies with supplier strategy, contracts and deal negotiations primarily in the technology category.
Acting as an extension of our customers' teams, we use a framework-driven approach to understand their needs and deliver timely, profitable results.
What You Will Do
* Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline of all upcoming renewals (software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, maintenance contracts, support agreements, etc.)
* Track key dates, contract terms, and renewal thresholds to avoid service disruptions or unintended renewals
* Use CRM tools and renewal-specific dashboards to monitor status and report on progress
* Develop trusted supplier and customer relationships, bringing a focused discipline based on sound economic thinking
* Lead negotiation strategies including commercial terms (pricing, length of term, scope, etc.) that create near and long-term value for Koch
* Engage and collaborate directly with leadership and decision-makers to drive successful negotiation strategies and collaboration.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Proven experience accomplishing goals independently
* Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to push through ambiguity and find answers independently
* Experience communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders and team members
* Experience working with detailed, time sensitive tasks
* Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives with measurable outcomes
What Will Put You Ahead
* 3+ years' experience in accounting, finance, IT, or related field
* Experience in technology renewals management
* Experience using Salesforce
* Experience with SaaS management software such as ServiceNow Software Asset Management, Zylo, Calero, etc.
* Experience initiating and developing relationships related to technical products and creating mutually beneficial partnerships
