In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized service and exceptional experiences to members and guests through expertise both on and off the pickleball court.

This includes, but is not limited to, executing well-planned and well-run events, providing information, merchandise, and service that exceeds the members and guest’s demands, and assisting in all facets of the pickleball program in any way that best serves the membership and teammates at Desert Mountain.

The ideal candidate will be highly engaging, outgoing, energetic, team player, and have a can-do spirit. Must have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. Previous Pickleball teaching and programming experience is required. High-end resort/country club experience, preferred.
