A Typical Day May Include:


* Greeting and checking in visitors while ensuring security protocols are followed.


* Answering and routing phone calls, taking messages, and resolving basic inquiries.


* Managing mail, faxes, packages, and supply deliveries.


* Issuing employee ID badges and maintaining directories.


* Submitting maintenance requests and communicating updates.


* Monitoring lobby activity and reporting any safety concerns.


* Supporting administrative departments with clerical tasks.


* Executing emergency procedures when needed and maintaining a clean, safe reception area.
