 The Senior Project Manager, MedTech Supply Chain Transformation will be responsible for leading specific global Supply Chain programs from the global SC transformation portfolio.

The Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts with all operational and functional leaders across multiple Business Units (BU) and regions to drive successfully delivery of key initiatives.

He/she will lead different phasis of project from diagnostics to analytic modeling of alternatives and deployment of new solutions.

He/she will report on a regular basis progress and risks to the fulfilment of financial targets and strategic commitments of the assigned projects.

 

The Senior Project Manager scope of responsibilities includes specifically:


* Lead large and complex global cross-functional transformational supply chain project in term of project development, planning, cost and delivery.


* Be responsible for the timeline and KPIs of given projects.

Identify critical paths, roadblocks and risks, offer solutions, and flag any risks in timely manner to ensure project goals are achieved. 


* Analyze defined processes and standards and develop improvements proposal, including creation of associated business case as well as deployment and change management plans


* Provide advance analytics and solution modeling on given transformational projects


* Collaborate with functions, BU, regions and center to ensure the implementation of approved projects in key markets across the regions.
