We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Supplies Unit (CSU) Co-Op to be in Somerset, NJ.


* The typical Co-op term is from January to July, 2026


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

Purpose:

The Clinical Supplies Unit (CSU) group supports new clinical trial launches, daily order management, receiving, shipment and destruction of Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals.

The group also provides customer service support to internal and external business partners.

The business is composed of 3 execution categories: Study Initiation, Study Maintenance, and Study Closure.

The Distribution supports inbound and outbound order fulfillment for both domestic and international sites.

CSU Co-op responsibilities will include performing daily and monthly analysis of inventory, productivity, and shipping data to monitor key performance metrics as well as leading monthly and quarterly cost reporting.

CSU Co-op will be responsible for supporting new project initiatives for business process improvement and cost savings among both groups.

You will be responsible for:

Base Business:



* Managing and improving an Op Co and Distribution Scorecard(s) metrics.


* Order Management coverage.


* Publication of Monthly CSU Tribune.


* Monthly Metrics (CSU and Distribution).


* Maintenance of CSU Milestone Tracker.


* Formal/virtual tours.


* Inventory Management.

Prospective Projects for Co-op may include:



* Costing Process Enhancements.


* Eco Cooler Savings Tracking.


* Streamlining of Ad-hoc Report Requests.


* Improvements of CSU and DC dashboards, templates and metric analysis reporting.

Qualifications / Requirements:



* Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
