Responsibilities:


* Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence


* Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and physicians


* Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed


* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and outcomes

Qualifications:


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)


* Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
