As a Process & Functional Strategy VP within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in our team, leveraging your abilities in driving strategic process improvements, optimizing functional operations, and managing cross-functional projects from inception to completion across Structured Lending.

Job responsibilities


* Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy initiatives.


* Advise and influence senior leaders and executives on major business decisions and change initiatives.


* Manage related projects as a coordinated program, overseeing objectives, implementation plans, and execution.


* Partner with business and technology leaders to define, prioritize, and achieve strategic objectives, recommending alternative solutions as needed.


* Execute process improvement analysis, identify issues, design solutions, and quantify operational benefits.


* Ensure compliance with control, audit, and information risk policies throughout program execution.


* Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units and deliver effective presentations and project updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* BA or BS degree, 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management and/or trading services, specifically in order execution, trade execution, and settlement


* Expertise in project management discipline and techniques; experience in delivering end-to-end solutions/programs


* Proven ability to lead, with a focus on fostering continuous improvement and innovation.


* Expertise to create presentations across various levels.

Ability to deliver in person & virtual presentations to senior management and stakeholders


* Ability to establish/maintain strong relationships/partnerships across various internal and external business partners


* Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions


* Expertise in data analysis techniques, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to inform strategic decisions.
