Controls Paze Senior Associate

The Commerce Payments organization is a motivated, forward thinking team comprised of high talent Product Managers with a singular focus of delivering innovative payment services via the most important platforms of today and tomorrow.

As a Program Management Senior Associate in Connected Commerce on the Payments team you will support a new payment product with a dual focus on program management and business controls.

In this role, you will drive execution discipline, risk oversight and cross-functional coordination.

You will play a critical role in leading complex initiatives and ensuring compliance with firmwide standards and control frameworks

Job Responsibilities:


* Lead day-to-day execution of cross-functional programs, including workstream planning, tracking milestones and escalating risks/issues


* Develop and maintain project documentation (roadmaps, status reports, dashboards) to ensure leadership visibility


* Support creation and execution of control frameworks, including monitoring, testing and remediation plans


* Contribute to governance forums by preparing materials, updates and executive-level communications


* Partner with Compliance teams to proactively identify gaps and strengthen program resiliency and embed a culture of control and accountability into program execution


* Maintain documentation and evidence to support audits, reviews and regulatory enquiries

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* 3+ years of experience in digital program management, controls or risk management


* Strong understanding of project governance, risk frameworks and control environments


* Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, stakeholders in a fast-paced environment


* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) and standard reporting/dashboard tools


* Proactive, accountable and comfortable operating in ambiguity; resourceful in driving clarity and solutions


* BS or MS in Computer Science, Accounting or comparable field of study.
