Guardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Warehouse Manager at our Float Glass Facility in Geneva, NY!

As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for developing your team into a high performing unit while advancing our vision and culture.

You will do this by recognizing the unique skillset of your team members and aligning them in a way that creates personal fulfillment and value for the company.

What You Will Do


* Manage daily warehouse operations including storage, inventory, and product alignment


* Supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety


* Monitor inventory accuracy and implement controls to reduce missing, loss, or damaged product


* Assist in the optimization of the warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency


* Collaborate with logistics and production teams to meet operational goals


* Maintain compliance and safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements


* Track KPIs such as FIFO (First In-First Out), scrap, and staining


* Identify and implement process to improvements and cost-savings initiatives

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience creating pivot tables, tracking, and diagnosing data in Excel


* Experience in a manufacturing environment


* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams


* Knowledge of OSHA standards and warehouse safety practices

For this role, we anticipate paying $75k-$85k per year.
