Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture leads the enterprise-wide architecture function to ensure technology decisions enable business strategy, reduce complexity, and accelerate transformation.

In this role you own the enterprise target architecture, transformation roadmaps, and governance model that connect business goals with technology execution across the group.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to drive value from platforms, data, and digital capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:


* Define and evolve Business, Application, Data, Integration, and Platform architectures as an integrated enterprise capability that enables strategy execution.


* Own and execute the enterprise technology strategy, translating corporate strategy into business capabilities, target-state blueprints, and multi-horizon roadmaps.


* Establish architecture governance function and model, standards, and reference patterns.


* Partner with business and IT leaders to align technology investments with strategic objectives.


* Drive application rationalization, platform consolidation, and legacy modernization.


* Lead and develop an enterprise architecture team, fostering collaboration across functions and business units, and developing future architectural capabilities.


* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and IFS is a major plus


* Good understanding of ISO standards and NIS2 directive

Requirements:


* Proven ability to translate business strategy into enterprise and technology transformation


* Experience engaging directly with senior business stakeholders (C-level, BU Directors)


* Experience in automation, technology strategy, or data-driven transformation initiatives


* 10-15+ years in enterprise/solution architecture and digital transformation with 5+ years leading architecture teams.


* Strong understanding of modern enterprise platforms, integration, data landscapes, and security.


* Experience with Enterprise Architecture methodology and framework, and Agile methodologies


* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
