The Associate Director, Sports Programs is responsible for the planning, leadership, and execution of Spurs Sports Academy programming, including camps, clinics, and on-court experiences that serve youth participants, their families, and surrounding communities.
This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality, impactful programs that promote skill development, coaching education, and community engagement, while upholding the standards and values of Spurs Sports & Entertainment.
Reporting to the AVP of Youth Sports, the Associate Director is responsible for translating and executing the department’s strategic plan through measurable actions that strengthen program quality, operational efficiency, and global reach.
This position advances the continued growth and innovation of sports programming both locally and internationally by implementing efficient systems, cultivating strong partnerships, and enhancing overall experience for coaches and participants.
The Associate Director, Sports Programs plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Spurs Sports Academy by integrating global partnerships, developing scalable program structures, and advancing the professional growth of coaches and staff to cultivate a culture of championship performance on and off the court.

Supervisory Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direct supervision to the Manager of Camps & Clinics, part-time support staff, and coaching staff through clear expectations, feedback, and professional development aligned with departmental goals.
* Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular feedback sessions, and oversee professional development plans for all direct reports.
