Job Description:

Overall purpose of job:


* Taking responsibility for repairing and testing of DePuy and Ethicon Endo-Surgery products.


* Working with Synthes Switzerland and other J&J companies for all repairs related work requirement.


* Using MD S&R to manage repair activity.


* Taking responsibilities for mentoring and training new hire.


* Performing on site commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.


* Up to 25% of international travel may be required.


* You might be required to work on weekend.


* Tracking warranties of instruments.


* Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.


* Managing Service Logistics (inwards and outwards repairs)


* Ability to perform under time constrain requirements


* Quickly adapt and learn new technologies and train the repair center team


* Follow J&J as well as best practice processes to offer fast as well as high quality repair to the region

Key responsibilities:


* Timely service and repair of product from affiliates.


* Managing the end-to-end tools and IM&TE from setup in SAP to calibration management.


* Managing work orders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.


* Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.


* Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.
