NHC Place Sumner, located in Gallatin, TN is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to add to the rehab team.

The qualified PT in this position will work weekdays and one weekend per month in the skilled and long term care settings, as well as assisted living and memory care.

Experienced therapists, flexible scheduling, and excellent pay rates make this a great opportunity for an PTA interested in becoming a part of a caring, innovative, and evidence based outcomes focused rehab team.

Requirements :


* Must have an Associate's Degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program


* Must have current Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant license


* Prior SNF experience a plus


* Must be a team player, flexible, and have a positive attitude
