As a Transportation Supervisor specializing in food delivery, you will oversee the daily operations of our delivery fleet to ensure timely, safe, and efficient transportation of food products.

You will lead a team of drivers, coordinate schedules, monitor compliance, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer service.

The annual salary range for this role is $68640 - $81824 / Year.

GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.

This rate may be modified in the future.

What you'll do on a typical day:
• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities, including driver dispatch, route planning, and delivery execution.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching, training, and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and driver logs.
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues and improve service levels.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and report vehicle issues promptly.
• Analyze transportation metrics and recommend process improvements.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
• 2 years of transportation or supply chain experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications with the ability to create complex formulas in Excel
• Experience in food distribution or temperature-controlled logistics
