Main Responsibilities:



* Maintain good safety, housekeeping, storage and housekeeping standards in the Inbound Logistics Wastepaper Warehouse and Wetlap loading area.


* Ensure that all materials are off loaded/loaded in a safe manner, according to procedure for offloading and loading.


* Do daily and monthly stock counts (Wetlap) and assist on wastepaper counts as well.


* Assist Wastepaper Receiver in checking and labelling of all incoming materials


* Assist the Wastepaper Receiver with monthly and annual stock counts


* Cover the Wastepaper Receiver position/Forklift driver position when he/she is on leave or off sick


* Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)


* High level of numeracy accuracy


* Problem solving skills


* Knowledge of products


* Forklift driving skills


* Numeric skills


* Administration skills in line with recognized policies and procedures.


* Adhoc tasks within the department as requested by the Team Leader and/or HOD.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following requirements: 



* Minimum of Matric / Grade 12


* Forklift license


* Excellent professional, interpersonal, written and communication skills


* Basic computer literacy


* Excellent basic numeracy skills


* Knowledge of products used in KCC manufacturing will be advantageous
