This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact.

As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements.

You’ll be part of a high-potential business that combines Kimberly-Clark’s iconic brands and commercial excellence with Suzano’s industrial and sustainability leadership.

 

In this role, you will:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions that drive business transformation across global markets.

You will guide a team of data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact models and AI products.

Your work will span predictive modeling, Generative AI, intelligent agents, and scalable data science pipelines using Databricks, Azure Functions, and Python.


* Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning and AI solutions, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.


* Architect and implement scalable pipelines using Databricks, Azure ML, and Azure Functions.


* Drive innovation in Generative AI and AI agent applications using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Hugging Face Transformers.


* Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and delivery excellence.


* Partner with business leaders across RGM, Sales, IME, and Supply Chain to identify opportunities and translate them into data science solutions.


* Ensure model governance, reproducibility, and compliance with responsible AI principles.


* Contribute to the evolution of enterprise data science strategy and best practices.
