Position Summary:

The Taiho Oncology, Inc.

Commercial Group seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, intelligent, and dedicated Operations and Planning team member.

The Director, Commercial Operations & Planning, will lead cross-functional projects that implement Taiho’s commercial strategy.

The Director will work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders and global affiliates to coordinate product launches, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making.

This is a high-visibility position with exposure to commercial operations across the U.S., Canada, EU, UK, and Switzerland.

This person must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and execute projects efficiently.

The Director will be outgoing, articulate, and a multi-tasker with a “can-do” service-oriented attitude.

The successful individual will anticipate when assistance is needed by identifying issues and solutions before being asked.
