The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of AI Enablement & Developer Productivity to lead initiatives that enhance engineering efficiency across the organization.

This role is accountable for rationalizing source code repositories, enforcing daily AI adoption, improving developer productivity metrics, and standardizing tooling and workflows.

The ideal candidate will drive measurable outcomes in code quality, velocity, and developer experience through modern practices and AI-powered development tools.
