Overview

Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs including, but not limited to, getting fresh towels, relocating chairs and/or umbrellas, confirming registration and issuing recreational equipment, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests and attend to their pool -related needs, including but not limited to distributing fresh towels, assisting with chairs and umbrellas, confirming registration, and issuing recreational equipment.

• Clean and maintain the pool area including, but not limited to, furniture, decks, pool tiles, showers, cabanas, and walkways to ensure a safe and inviting environment.

• Collect and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory to minimize loss.

• Maintain recreational equipment such as umbrellas, pool toys, and other amenities, ensuring all are in good working order.

• Monitor pool and recreation areas for proper use and address or report potential hazards in accordance with safety standards.

• Observe pool and activity areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to facility rules.

• Assist with planning and organizing seasonal or themed events (e.g., holiday activities, pool parties, family games).
