A Brief Overview

The Labor Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing labor resources to ensure operational efficiency.

This role serves as the main point of contact between Operations and the temporary staffing partners to balance workforce needs with business objectives.

What you will do


* Working with Operations to obtain temporary labor requirements daily and ensure temporary employee coverage for absences, vacations, and peak demand periods.

Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term labor scheduling to meet project and operational requirements.

Monitor and track temporary employee daily/hourly assignments, attendance, performance, and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

Be the liaison between Operations and the temporary staffing partners to resolve scheduling conflicts or staffing shortages, quickly and effectively.

Assist with workforce planning, forecasting labor needs, and providing input on staffing.


* Maintain and update labor tracking systems, timekeeping records, and workforce reports.

Validating all temporary staffing partner’s invoices monthly and communicating approval with site controller and General Manager.

Directly communicates with temporary staffing partners to correct any invoices inconsistencies prior to approval.

Supply Operations with reporting weekly and as requested.

Education Qualifications


* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred) or


* Associate's Degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field (Preferred)
