Job Description:

Join JJIM’s Commercial (Primary Care) team as a Protégé Trainee in a dynamic 12-month development program designed to build foundational skills in customer service, sales operations, and marketing.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate across functions, and prepare for a future career in sales within the healthcare industry.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing (Primary Care) and New Product Development Manager, the Protégé will play a key role in supporting business operations and engaging with healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities


* Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring prompt and professional customer service.


* Manage and raise medical enquiries from customers to the internal medical team, ensuring timely resolution.


* Generate and distribute daily and monthly sales reports to relevant partners.


* Support the submission, review, and approval process for promotional materials.


* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.


* Provide operational support for marketing activities, events, and product launches.


* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing operations.


* Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

Job Requirements


* Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (preferred).


* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.


* Ability to simplify and communicate complex information effectively.


* Proactive and self-motivated great teammate with a strong sense of ownership.


* Excellent organizational and time management skills.


* Analytical attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.


* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
