We are searching for the best talent for Equipment & Refractive Business Lead to be in Seoul.

Position summary

Meet or exceed the annual Phaco, Catalys and Refractive equipment and procedure disposables target/operating plan for the country.

This position will be responsible for maintaining current Phaco, Catalys/Refractive surgery customers/business and identifying new Phaco/Catalys and Elita customers/accounts.

These responsibilities include but are not limited to business development, accountability of maintaining and increasing procedure consumables – Phaco packs, Catalys LOIs/Elita PI volumes and placing new equipment and working on upgrades to existing installations.

This position will be spearheading efforts to aggressively increase procedural revenue in all the important accounts through innovative business strategies and commercial solutions in active consultation and meetings with respective customers.

Adheres to environmental & company policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.
