SUMMARY

The Sr.

Division Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales reps focused on driving sales activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as the departmental budget.

This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Position reports to the Head of US Sales.

The position manages the divisional sales team – 8-10 people.

The position interacts with Global and Commercial Marketing, Healthcare Compliance, Commercial Education, Commercial Operations and Pricing and Contract Compliance and may interact with Global Marketing business functions/departments.
