Job Description:

Contributes to the Integrated Business Planning department as an established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision.

Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall supply chain strategy.

Applies practical knowledge of the integrated business planning/S&OP field to administer best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.

Reviews consolidated data for IBP review meetings (demand review, supply review and integrated reconciliation), including creating and/or consolidating presentation materials.

Drives partnerships with cross functional business partners to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report key data, improving the decision making process to bridge gaps vs.

the BP (on revenue, profitability, and cash conversion cycle).

Implements improvement efforts to increase maturity and enable transition to Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Integrated Business Planning area, under general supervision.

Identifies opportunities to integrate methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's supply chain planning strategy.

Examines current Integrated Business Planning strategies and recommends industry-leading supply chain initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
