The Sr.

Manager, Workplace Strategy is accountable for the regional strategy to support optimized design of J&J Facilities and support projects across J&J’s portfolio of businesses & sites within the region of its own responsibility.

This role is responsible for assisting in the development of strategies for innovative, user-centric workplace environments, through partnerships with teams around the globe to deploy these strategies.  Delivering on below responsibilities will require defining the business case influencing senior leaders to gain consensus to drive workplace efficiency and effectiveness.  

A suitable candidate for this role will have deep knowledge of workplace strategies in office environments, program development & deployment, project management and business acumen.

Key relationships include Strategic Space Planning, Project Delivery (E&D), E&PS Global Functions, E&PS Regional Leads, EHS, GHS, IT, Security, and other related J&J Functions.
