Pay: Up to $70 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Help residents regain independence in daily living activities


* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient outcomes


* Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies


* Document resident progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards


* Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and goals

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required


* Strong clinical and organizational skills


* Team-oriented and compassionate approach to care


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
