Method Engineer

* Able to develop & maintain time standards inside the factory.


* Contribute towards DVC hours reduction by improving the process / methdology for better design & efficiency.


* Manage the Transfer price campaign by involving all stakeholders and prepare the DVC worked hours that contribute to product cost definition.


* Drive DT reduction inside the plant.


* Support and assit Methods engineer to deploy the Ergonomy standards across all production lines.


* Yearly review of time standards and maintain the database & prepare the headcount needs for the factory.

Qualifications



* Fluency in English is a must!


* Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, MTM equinoxe and SMB2;


* Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment;


* Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach;


* Experience in process improvement, lean implementation .


* Must be willing to be based in Batam
