Whether supporting the Aviator Bar, In-Room Dining, Restaurant, or Conference areas, this role is essential in setting the team up for success.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-time Steward who is passionate about the details that make our guests feel truly welcome and cared for. 

Your day to day


* Dishwashing and utensil cleaning 


* Kitchen organisation and maintenance


* Inventory management


* Support kitchen colleagues  


* Adherence to safety and hygiene standards

What we need from you


* Proven hospitality Kitchen experience  


* Sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg).

This can involve bending and kneeling 


* Good reading, writing and basic maths 


* Flexibility with night, weekend and public holiday shifts 


* Communication skills – ability to develop rapport within a short time frame​ 


* Display a commitment to our guests to consistently maintain a high level of quality at all times
