Position Summary

Enabling an insights-based commercial ecosystem is a critical growth accelerator for J&J MedTech, the Lead Analyst, Field Sales Insights is responsible for delivering Area, Regional, Territory and account-level insights into their aligned Field Sales Area.  Field Sales Area Vice Presidents must take on a general manager mentality when looking at their Area’s overall performance.  In order to do so, this role must deliver in helping analyze, assess and act on data driven insights to achieve the business plan.

This includes helping:

1.

Supporting the design and implementation of business planning tools, analysis and insights reporting that provides the strategic framework for sales execution and business reporting, as well as, sales force effectiveness and productivity

2.

Accurate and timely delivery of insights to commercial organization Senior Leadership (Area Vice Presidents of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, Area Business Partners, Area Trainers, etc.) by establishing and following efficient processes, identifying issues, and working with business partners to resolve.
