We are searching for the best talent for Sr Training Supervisor.

Purpose:

Identifies the areas related to the compliance, technical areas and systems that require training.

Designs and provides adequate training programs.

Works jointly with all the groups within the plant to evaluate the areas where there could be gaps in the performance related to the compliance in order to develop and recommend corrective measures.

Directly supervises the activities of the training Group Leaders and coordinates the activities of the trainers.

* Evaluates the needs the plant has and performs task analysis as support to the development of compliance training programs, technical areas and systems.


* Works jointly with the departments of the plant for the development of a training program that covers all the compliance requirements for each position.


* Researches the requirements imposed by law.

Develops and maintains an inventory program to support the needs of the plant.


* Knowledge in Learning Management System (LMS) and its use to deploy training programs and requirements across the company.
