We are searching for the best talent for Technician Training Coordinator.

Purpose:

Provides administrative support to the Site Training organization.

Responsible for the record keeping and traceability of training documentation including attendance forms and metrics reporting.

Executes as the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS) for Johnson and Johnson MedTech Costa Rica Campus.

Responsible for the centralization of training coordination and communications for the site.

* Manages and provides maintenance to the Curricula and Training Records.


* Administers and maintains the LMS (Learning Management System).


* Conducts the training process for new recruits. 


* Provides support to the organization in the preparation of curricula of functional trainings in operations for the areas of New Products or production lines.


* Coordinates and conducts training in regulative and operational modules for all the personnel if required.


* Manages and monitors the compliance of training for Contractors.
