We are searching for the best talent for Sr Trainer.

Purpose:

Coordinates, along with the Manufacturing Group Leader, the activities of training for the direct operative personnel.

Trains the new direct operative personnel, using the documents, materials and tools of the different operations in compliance to the procedures that correspond.

Feeds and updates the electronic systems related to the procedure of certification of the company he/she belongs to.

Reports his/her activities directly to the Training Leader.

You will be responsible for:

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Verifies that the assigned operators perform the certification process according to the training procedure.


* Ensures all manufacturing personnel are trained and qualified to the corresponding specifications/procedures using documents, materials, and tools as provided in the applicable training curriculum(s).


* Coordinates the execution of the Grading plan of his/her assigned area, crossed by area.


* Provides administrative support to the department (clerical activities).


* Conducts New Hire Orientation as needed (theory and practical).
