Position Summary
The National Sales Director (NSD), Oncology is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving commercial excellence across the Solid Tumour and Hematology portfolios.
This role leads the national field sales organization and partners cross-functionally to shape and execute go-to-market strategies that deliver meaningful patient impact and business growth.
The NSD is accountable for leading Regional Business Managers (RBMs) and Territory Managers (TMs), enabling high performance through strategic territory alignment, incentive design, and capability development.
The role is also central to evolving our sales structure and embedding a culture of sales excellence and enterprise effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic planning and tactical sales execution to drive national performance across the Oncology portfolio.
* Collaborate with cross-functional brand teams and key business partners to develop and implement national sales strategies and tactics for the Solid Tumour portfolio.
* Oversee territory alignment, sales force sizing, and resource deployment to optimize coverage and impact for in-line portfolio and new assets.
* Collaborate with business partners to develop, communicate and implement sales forecasts, sales call plans, and sales incentive plans, in alignment with strategic goals.
