We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and empathetic professional ready to build strong partnerships and deliver meaningful results.

What You’ll Do


* Champion Innovation: Promote cutting-edge hematology therapies to healthcare professionals (HCPs) through face-to-face and digital channels, always in line with local legislation.


* Build Relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, acting as the ambassador for Johnson & Johnson Baltic organization.


* Drive Results: Deliver sales targets for assigned products, ensuring all activities align with our brand strategy, customer needs, and local regulations.


* Lead Projects: Contribute to impactful projects such as product training for HCPs and nurses, market expansion, and disease awareness initiatives.


* Share Expertise: Constantly grow your knowledge in hematology, our products, and the competitive landscape—attending local and international congresses and sharing insights to improve patient outcomes.


* Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally to localize promotional materials, share best practices, and identify opportunities to improve diagnostics and treatment.


* Uphold Standards: Recognize and report adverse events and product quality complaints, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
