Senior Supply Chain Driver Recruiter

Job Description

The Senior Supply Chain Recruiter plays a critical role in leading recruitment efforts for CDL drivers and exempt distribution roles.

This position ensures compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, manages key recruiting systems, and partners with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.

The recruiter will also oversee reporting, vendor management, and recruitment events.

Key Highlights:


* Lead strategic recruiting initiatives for CDL and distribution roles


* Ensure regulatory compliance and system integrity


* Collaborate with Operations, HRIS, and Supply Chain leadership


* Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA hiring regulations; support hiring teams in meeting requirements


* Co-develop sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding strategies with Supply Chain leadership

Responsibilities



* Integrate company culture and values into hiring practices


* Assess staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies


* Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance in hiring processes


* Oversee recruiting systems and maintain data accuracy


* Deliver weekly hiring reports and track KPIs


* Partner with leadership to align recruiting with business goals


* Guide HR managers on hiring policies and SOPs


* Manage recruitment vendors and contracts


* Organize large-scale recruitment events


* Monitor market trends and competitor strategies


* Maintain candidate pipeline and improve hiring processes


* Travel up to 30% as needed

Qualifications

Required:


* High School Diploma


* 5+ years recruiting experience in distribution/manufacturing


* Strong screening and interviewing skills


* Ability to make sound hiring decisions independently


* Experience managing recruiting projects and systems


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills


* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ATS platforms


* High attention to detail and urgency


* Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Preferred:


* 5+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-volume CDL/distribution roles


* Project management experience
