What you will do
The Senior Analyst for Revenue Reconciliation is responsible and accountable for the following:


* Upgrade data infrastructure and reporting to improve business metrics and decision making.


* Use process excellence tools & technology and internal/external collaboration to identify and implement business process simplification, standardization and automation to increase revenue recovery, improve cycle time, reduce errors and/or reduce effort.


* Perform root cause analysis on revenue process or systems issues and partner with other business stakeholders as appropriate to resolve issues, support team with troubleshooting customer complex issues or questions.


* Use project management skills to lead or participate in functional area and department projects that improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes.


* Lead cross-company/cross-functional analyses and give strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* 3 years of experience and a Bachelors degree is required; focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Logistics, and/or Operations is preferred.


* Strong data & analytics skills with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, MS Azure and/or Databricks is required.


* Demonstrated automation skills with programming in Python and/or R or with tools like UI Path and/or Blue Prism is preferred.


* Project Management skills are required.
