Credit Support Manager I

As a Credit Support Manager I within JPMorgan Chase, you will ensure workflow support for Dealer Services Loan Setup & Funding.

Your time management and organizational skills are key in managing tasks efficiently, significantly impacting team and department goals.
Job responsibilities
* Assess loan closing compliance and control steps for a Dealer Services portfolio of borrowers, ensuring adherence by identifying and closing gaps.
* Interpret and maximize workflow as it relates to time sensitive money movement tasks, applying critical thinking to understand implications and risks.
* Perform workflow analysis and monitor ongoing compliance with SLAs within the assigned platform, using advanced time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Assist and oversee platform testing, in accordance with specific terms laid out in credit agreements.
* Develop a strong understanding of Floorplan and Non-Floorplan Loan products in accordance with established credit policy and platform requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* At least two years of expertise in credit support or related financial services, with the ability to interpret and analyze credit agreements and related loan documents.
* Proficiency in conflict management, including facilitating discussions and creating collaborative solutions.
* Advanced strategic planning skills, with a track record of defining organizational direction and making informed decisions on resource allocation.
* Strong proficiency in using MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Proficient in driving continuous improvement and process automation to enhance lending workflows and efficiency.
* Strong digital literacy skills, enabling effective use of technology in lending services.
* Adept in leading project management efforts to ensure the successful execution of lending service initiatives.
