The Global RFP Group plays a key role in both the acquisition of new business and the retention of valuable existing clients, through the completion of Requests for Proposal (RFPs)

*, Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other written client materials, for Institutional and Wholesale clients and distributors of JPMAM's products and services.

This team works closely with our Product and Sales partners to create, curate and maintain these client documents.

Role Description:

The Request for Proposal (RFP) Associate will be based in New York, NY and will provide support to the firm-wide content team within the wider Global RFP team.

The RFP Associate will be responsible for responding to detailed RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from clients and distributors of JPMAM's products and services.

This team is responsible for sourcing, creating and maintaining responses to specific firm questions; and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of language to be used in RFPs for clients globally.

This involves extensive liaison with colleagues and business partners across Asset Management globally.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain a deep understanding of JPMAM's product platforms and an in-depth knowledge of the broad spectrum of functions conducted in the Asset Management business.
