Role Summary

Lead the development and implementation of global transport business process standards, master data governance, and transport and trade technology platforms for the Global Transportation and Trade operations organization.

This role will be part of the Global Strategy & Deployment team responsible for deployment of business capabilities spanning Regional Transport, Inter regional, 3PL and 4PL Management Excellence.

Define technology strategy, drive alignment, shape innovation, and roll out the Global transportation and trade process and capability blueprint.

Own the successful delivery and adoption of large scale digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with segment Deliver partners.

Additionally, own the Performance Analytics & Reporting capability, delivered through the Global Capabilities Center (GCC)—driving process automation, standardized reporting, and advanced analytics to generate efficiencies, strengthen compliance controls across Global Transportation and Trade operations.
